3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering an account or purchasing services, you confirm
- that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Responsibilities- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and service use.- You must notify BdCalls immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
5. Prohibited Use
- You agree NOT to:- Use our services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.- Engage in spam, harassment, or offensive voice or message transmissions.
- - Attempt to hack, damage, or overload our systems.
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Billing and Payments- Service fees are charged based on your selected package or custom agreement.- All charges are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, unless otherwise stated.- Non-payment may result in account suspension or service termination.
7. Refund and Cancellation- You may cancel your subscription at any time with [7] days' notice.- Refunds are only provided for prepaid amounts in cases where the service is not delivered as promised, at our
- discretion.- Refunds are not applicable for usage-based charges or partial months.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, software, and documentation on BdCalls.com are the exclusive property of BdCalls or its licensors.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reuse them without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- BdCalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, disruption, or
- technical issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
10. Service Availability
- While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen
- technical issues. BdCalls is not liable for downtime due to factors beyond our control.

12. Amendments

- of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

- the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
